Server not streaming

Hi could you have a look at this server please and give me an idea where I went wrong.

I set it to stream a few days back but is listed as not streaming.

This is for a Call of Duty World at War server?

 

You've listed 193.47.83.68:28960 as the server however, you have 193.47.68.83:28960 added to your team. Did you perhaps invert two octets of the IP address, 83 & 68?

 

All the other servers listed on your team follow the 193.47.83.68 format with different ports.
