setting up a streaming server

Is it possible to setup a server to stream pbbans without having a clan affiliation, I do have a clan that currently streams PBBans, but the server is not affiliated with them and is a project of my own, hence the reason why i am doing this on my own.

Well what is =RK= ?? i dont run a clan im more like a community. You would still need a forums to go along with your server. But yes its possible.

-=RK=- is the clan that i am currently in, but they don't really want anything to do with the server

I dont see what the problem is if your server streams as part of your clans team account.
