The GGC website does not say you are banned, but in their irc channel, the bot says you still are.

I know man, I never had this problem. giving it all wrong for giving me back to play, my dvd of the game broke, then my internet connection has problem, it took a month to fix, when everything was working received the ban of the game, now the new HD I bought, came with defect. I know, I put up there in the answer that you gave me there in the GGC, so the staff was saying here, which had already solved the problem, I think ... :D
