    Try to fill in Trouble Ticket. You can get Global GUID ban even if you never cheated. Someone else could have used your cdkey to cheat. AFAIK none of global GUID bans has been removed . You have to get a new cdkey in order to play on PB enabled servers. Thread Closed

    You shouldn't use external programs to modify your game. It may cause you many troubles. For example it may interfere with PunkBuster.

    Nothing serious. PB wont let you to have two pbucon sessions with same usernames due to security
