If the server is rented from gameservers.com, put in a trouble ticket asking them to update punkbuster and set it to run on startup.

Creating and distributing a cheat would be against everything we stand for, fight against, and set out to do in this community. Not to mention it would make us untrustworthy and ruin any sort of reputation we have.

If you can get him to add you, then he can request that you be changed to the master user. If you can't get ahold of him, then come back and post.

Well the IP you posted at the beginning of your post is different from the IP that you added for streaming. You posted: 209.250.234.69:1716 IP on your account: 209.25.234.69:1716 If you did add the wrong IP, delete the server from your team account and re-add it. Hopefully thats all the issue is.

All commands should be done through rcon ( you can use the C:\ button on bf2cc ) No you didn't remove them from your account. We changed IPs for the hub about 1 month ago now. Therefore, your servers were no longer streaming and removed automatically after that long of a time.

Servers are automatically removed after not streaming for so long. You will need to re-add them and set them up for streaming again. Try the web tool found HERE Or manual configuration, instructions HERE

Actually you have a total of 0 servers streaming to us. Might want to look into that then. ;)

Well considering the guy is already banned here: http://www.pbbans.com/mbi-viewban-3ee543b0-vb129159.html His servers are not streaming to us either. So as learjet said, there is nothing we can do.

You are not on the PBBans ban list, Punksbusted ban list or GGC ban list.

They are all streaming. Banners don't update very often.

Nothing you did wrong by any means. The fact is that some person used that PC to play on a game server (COD4, BF2, and BF2142). Becuase of this, the IP for your server shows up in our database of players. We do not allow any servers to stream to us with an IP that show up in the players database. You should contact your provider and get a new IP.

Try the manual method using bf2cc. However, knowing gameservers, you are going to have to put in a ticket asking them to enable punkbuster and set it to run on startup.
