We do not ban nicknames, we ban GUIDs and although I can understand your frustration, our MBI and MPI will not be altered. Like you said, the ban was triggered in kazakstan, you are in russia. If anyone doesn't believe you, point them in the direction of this thread.

Run webtool its an automated setup for streaming.

Team accounts are not game specific, once a person has an account additional games can be added, therefore the requirement is across the board.

History has taught us basically not to allow just anyone to use our services, we look for signs of longevity in communities. We are very proud that the integrity of our service isn't compromised. We protect those who currently use it and who will use it in the future. We do appreciate some clans are just starting out, or are merely fun communities with low numbers. As said above the requirement for a website is mandatory. There are plenty of free options out there, especially as you probably don't want to be spending money starting out. However, ensuring the requirements are met, would in the long run be beneficial to you :) The choice of course is yours :)

Ahh I see what happened, 188.72.255.14:19587 was added on the 31st of august. The answer as to why it didn't stream is in the IP ;) Glad its sorted now.

Streaming requirements were tightened for security reasons. We have to protect our community and those who use it. One of the things we tightened up on was the requirement for all applicants to provide a website with information detailed in the following link: Streaming Applicant Requirements We will not risk the integrity of our services or MPI. I see you have an open application with =]ESS[= who do stream to us.

Alias search is only game specific on the MPI. Best way to search for a players previous alias's would be to get a current GUID, search that and look at the links from that.

There is only one alias on the GUID so I am pretty sure you are indeed the only user :) Re-apply and post a link to this thread in the comments box of your application.

I sent the above reply on the 30th lol I am sure if edelweiss looked at the response date he'd of known the account hadn't been suspended. Seven days is seven days from the 30th. Anyway as everson said no suspensions took place such actions are logged and recorded so its not even hearsay. Besides if you look at your Accp, it would have said suspended. We have provided help, I can but offer to guide you through on IRC. The choice is yours.

This is frustrating for me, I have tried to help you sort out your streaming issues yet you come on here waving a dummy about like we've removed your streaming. I received a few PM's from edelweiss after his streaming stopped, all of which I answered. The server stopped streaming on the 22nd of August, by no hand of ours!! When I received the PM I checked the obvious things like making sure IP:Ports were right, however that lead me to your website where I found the roster had disappeared and there was no server info anymore. So this was my response: Where in that correspondence have I said I shut streaming down? I work with facts so here are two: 1. The server streaming issue lies with your configuration somewhere along the lines 2. Meeting the requirements of streaming is your choice, if you don't want to... leave.

I cannot find any reference to a ban here on PBBans for that GUID, are you sure that is the correct GUID and game?

Well to be perfectly honest it does take balls to apologise especially when a thread went the way it did. The account was simply locked after you removed your servers from it. I am not sure wether fellow accounts staff would re-evaluate the situation. We are indeed all entitled to our own opinions but sometimes we need to sit and think very carefully how we vent them, otherwise (especially on the internet) there is a real chance feathers get ruffled. The thing that I think concerned staff more then anything is that this policy has been in place sometime, then a post comes out of the blue from a long time SGA that makes you wonder what the hidden purpose of it actually is. You may believe in rehabilition of hackers, we cannot afford to take such risks. We simply have to do what is most effective and efficient to maintain the integrity of our site/services/community. I'm sure other staff will have an input on this topic, thats just my two cents worth :)
