No problem, the appeal status here is still open but once a Ban Manager reviews it, the ban will be removed. Shouldn't be long.

Well that's what happens when people search via Alias rather then GUID. Bf2 is a spoofers haven.

Ok here's how misunderstandings happen. Searching MPI by alias. If you have someone crash your server, use your logs get their GUID - ban that and then use that GUID for an MPI search instead. It is much more reliable.

X-fire video's cannot be used as evidence to add someone to pbbans list. If you have you're own server, get it streaming to us and you will be able to use PB demo's for COD4 as evidence. Account application Information Centre

Ignore them. Most decent servers will tell the accusers to shut up. We get alot of whining on our servers if someone is good they must be hacking. Had some guy the other day tell me someone was "definately hacking, I've been playing this game for three years..blah blah". It gets tedious for server admins to. If people can't beat the other person they cannot handle the fact they might just be better.

Hope that doesn't include me duality lol. Better educated server admins won't ban you for black sky caused by gfx issues :)

All bans here are on GUID's not alias or IP's. It's well known that BF2 has alias spoofing hacks at the moment but the new patch should put an end to that soon! You don't need to worry as I said above. Only the caught GUID gets banned. MPI searches for alias are not reliable.

If you are talking about this server 71.236.242.158, it's because the IP appears on the MPI.

Just because servers are PB enabled, does not mean they are completely protected. If your server isn't streaming here I would suggest you start by applying for an account: Account application Information centre
