only SGA and above have access to MPi results of players that do not have violations
there is a message at the bottom of the search box explaining this
if you set them too low, even with the in game options menu, it can still trigger a violation

it is my understanding that if a bind to a known cheat is found during a bind scan, it is a ban. isn't this what the " Enable Hub Bind Queries" flag is for?
