That is what you're supposed to do :)The "Enable MD5 AutoUpdates" flag is just a helper to get fresh MD5Tool checks onto the server. As there is no PB command that can save MD5Tool checks, they are only stored in memory and will be wiped upon server/PB restart. Irrelevant :) Watchdog is a part of the ET server. Basically a system that makes sure the server is running some map at all times == not running mapless, which sometimes happens. Might be a standard Q3 engine thing, don't know. The client does not use watchdog though... only in dedicated server mode. ~ /*Pisi*/

48888 is the rcon port. It's used for example by the webtool to configure streaming. Streaming itself, however, uses the join/game port, which by default is 19567.
