Problem is they thing more stats will keep people happy which is not the case. Seems many new games just focus on adding more stats and unlocks etc.
Where is the:
dynamic lighting / time of day
dynamic objective locations
dynamic map layout
etc etc
Playing the same exact maps gets boring for me in many games.
Imagine if the light direction changed and the m-com locations moved around to a few preset locations changed every time a new round started.

In BF3, TDM use random areas on the larger maps. I recall playing in the subway on metro during the beta as an example.
