Makes me wonder why they waited so long to go after them.

Servers using pb_sv_restrictions 2 may kick for AHK. They will be kicks only.

IPB 3.2 doesn't have that option. I even tried the 3.3 beta at Invision Power Services and it works the same as 3.2.

Better than pushing an unfinished game out the door :P

Like pretty much all other FPS paid DLC on PC, they split the community and makes it hard to find populated servers. It happened with the BF2 booster packs, MoH Hotzone, Crysis 2 DLC, etc etc. Plus many server admins won't run a server that kicks many players for not having the paid DLC. It only worked for B2K as many got it free for pre-ordering.

I try to use all classes but tend to use a limited number of weapons .. least until a patch nerfs them. I then use others till another patch nerfs them too. Soon going to be knives and pistols only at this rate :P Many times I wish they would really stop the mass number of weapon tweaks and just tell the whinners to accept the game as it is. Well maybe tweak a few really over/under powered ones but that's it. After all It's what many other devs do.

We have lifted Violation (GAMEHACK) #89229 as well since EB has stated it is for macro software too. First post has been updated with details.

It's a bug caused by the latest patch. Server admins can disable restriction kicks by using their favorite RCON tool and send pb_sv_restrictions 0 which will stop PB from kicking anyone for the number restriction kicks it employs. They can also edit the pbsv.cfg directly and restart PB or the server. If you got wrongly banned for it I doubt you would share that view. Too many people think everyone needs to be punished when the better solution is to prevent a cheat from working in the first place. Right now PB kicks them for using it so they are not getting away with anything, they just can't use it anymore.
