When a false positive is communicated to pbbans by Evenbalance then any bans relating to those are removed from the hub and Pbbans are normally quite good at responding and posting on that. But until Evenbalance confirms this, it is still marked as valid. I guess they haven't heard yet.

Any programs running in the background. GSC. xfire, GSC suggests disabling in game service for COD2 for example so the pb doesn't kick you for violation

Only info streamed as for security pbbans requires the pb log to back up the info

I do find it annoying that cause he was caught, he assumes that cause a sever is streaming that PBBAN's are the cause of the catch and that it is possible that he would be banned for something on the hub that is not valid. Yes there can be false positives which PBBAN's has always done their job and removed once Evenbalance has confirmed that is was false, but do you really think that the logs/streaming are not cross checked. You can't just put a cvar or md5 value in a config and assume that will result in a ban if pbbans hasn't put the check in the hub just cause the server is streaming.

Cheers though, when you click enforce bans, I am assuming that just uses the hub to check or does that use the MPI and therefore ET servers aren't really checking at the mo?

You do have rcon and if in console you are typing /pb_sv_plist with people on the server? Can you confirm what game?

Hi no need to leave the game or interrupt the automatic screenshots, with rcon access you can follow the step below to get the players slot number and then issue a screenshot of the player you want If you wish to take a manual screenshot of only one or a few connected players, you can specify either the player's slot number directly or you can specify a text substring and PB will request screenshots from all players whose names contain the specified search text. To find the slot # of a specific player, type PB_SV_PLIST into the console. Column one contains the slot # for each connected player in the list. To request screenshots from all players with the text "ABC" in their name, type PB_SV_GETSS "ABC" (note the quotes are necessary when specifying name substrings).

I don't like the BF feel to it, too many games these days have an over reliance on vehicles above and beyond the ones for objectives in ET etc. But we will see when the full copy arrives

To be able to post screenshots your server has to be streaming, as the pb logs streamed as part of the process are used to check the validty of the screenshot and confirm that it hasn't been through any app that could have tampered with it. The setting up of your server to stream is a fairly straight forward process as long as you have admin access to the server. either via ftp or rcon. http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showforum=347 for more info on how to setup for each game. Hopefully that will help address immediate questions Sorry if you have already done this as you are listed as a normal user at the moment. All depends on what the admin has configured. I only ever used Aliasfinder to stream my logs too and get an upto date list of players that had played on my servers. Then PBBAN's invented the Master Player Index (MPI) so I stopped

No I mean't as in when you got kicked. There have been a few cases where someone speccing has been kicked for the same message the person they were watching got booted for. most of those had been resolved but who knows.
