Forum status is based on having an actively streaming server. Your server must have stopped streaming for a period of time and the forum status was downgraded. This process is all automated.

It isn't a PBBans streaming problem......that error is with EvenBalance's key authorization servers. Other "non-streaming" clans/groups have reported the same errors happening in the last 2 hours.
