It is with great pain that I have come to a point in my life that I am forced to make a choice between running PBBans or finding a new job to keep a roof over my head and food on the table. Since the early days of online gaming, I have always been a defender of clean game play. The successes of PBBans have greatly assisted gamer's around the world and I have am proud to have played a role in keeping the server's as clean as possible. My real life has taken a front seat to my role here in the fact that I have retired from the Air Force and need to take care of my family now. It was a multi-achievement post.....mostly to thank everyone for their support....and to mention the 7,000 servers :P

EvenBalance, the makers of PunkBuster have already stated that Windows 7 is not supported by PunkBuster. The Staff here has also made it clear....not sure what you are after.....PB won't work correctly with an operating system that isn't out of Beta.

We have achieved many things over the past five years. In the beginning, we used the Repository method of streaming and held on to a small group of dedicated streaming admin averaging around 200 streaming servers. After a few years and many personnel changes, the Hub was born and changed PBBans.com and the anti-cheat community forever. No longer would we be considered as "the other" anti-cheat site. As of today, we are the first and only PunkBuster related anti-cheat site to have over 7,000 servers configured to stream. We also currently have 6,935 groups with streaming accounts and growing an average of 15 accounts per day. Our live Hub system offers those that choose to stream with us, the ability to begin streaming immediately after account validation. The bans system is extremely flexible and provides the server admin many different methods to protect their servers. It is a leaked cd-key ... purchase a real copy of the game and start gaming again.

Outlaw .... nothing against your efforts nor your affiliation with other anti-cheat organizations that are affiliated/partnered with PBBans ..... but .... after reading your private conversation with Duality .... I am inclined to say that it rather disturbed me. If the organization heads were to read your last comment before leaving the conversation, I am sure they would also be puzzled by your manners. PBBans protects access to our databases for a reason much like the Cheat Police and other sites do. We can't make exceptions to the policies. We are not making it difficult to get the access you seek.....simply get yourself Streaming Game Admin (SGA) access and your issue is resolved. Last time I checked.....a partnership was a two way street....guess I missed the memo that replaced two way with GIMMEE GIMMEE GIMMEE.

PBBans is a private anti-cheat site. We are not owned, controlled, or managed by EvenBalance, Inc. Therefore, your comments here are not exactly fitting for the visitors to our site. You obviously are attempting to get your clan mate unbanned...posting here will not get the ban lifted. Also, we cannot condone a post that incites others to spam EvenBalance and demand things beyond our control. While you are correct on some points, your friend needs to thoroughly read the PunkBuster EULA and then take up his issue with EvenBalance, Inc. via their ticket support system.

92.192.210.80:28930 does not exist in the PBBans account system.....nor as a live server. Hell can't even ping the IP address.

The greetings is not a Hub issue. As MaydaX, said they were disabled during the peak times (we were tracking over 30,000 players earlier). This large number of players took a toll on MySql not the Hub.

PBBans is a private anti-cheat organization. Usage of our site, services, ban lists, etc. is completely voluntary. We do not push the Master Player Index (MPI) to any server. How a server admin that utilize our services interprets the data is their own opinion. We do assist them in their individual searches and always warn server admin that data in the MPI is to be used only for guidance...not for fact. In your case, your existing CD-Key was banned by another anti-cheat site and then you use a friend's CD-Key to get back to playing...only to find out that it too was banned. How your ex-clan or any future clans may view this is fully up to them. You register on PBBans on 19 Dec 08 to request we alter our data to mask the fact that you used your friend's CD-Key. To quote you: "Ive lost all faith in pbbans." To be honest, you probably never cared about PBBans....as a player it seems you are only concerned with being able to play the game, join clans, play in leagues, etc. We are idiots? Wow that hurts and is going to make anyone reading this bit of time wasting by-product realize just the opposite ;) The Staff here have been nothing but overly kind to you and have given you every bit of advice to assist you. It is you that wants us to alter our policies to suit your agenda. As all have stated above, PBBans will not alter any data to suit players regardless of who they are and why they want it done. This is our prerogative to ensure that the integrity of the data in the MPI is always first and foremost! Best thing to do is to purchase another copy of the game and give it another go...minus the scripts...etc.

We have had this position in place for several years....and prior to and afterward....the rule has been seriously evaluated.

Thanks everyone for the donations This took a hit on our normal budget and as always you folks rise to the occasion and offer to help. We are still a bit in the Red. Hub should be back online in the morning. The Host has finished installing both drives, the O/S, and is finalizing the copying of the data from the old hard drives.

Primary HDD O/S installed.....secondary HDD mounted and data being copied..... Server still offline (on tech support workbench)....hopefully will be online very soon.

Sorry for the delay.....the host had a few more issues to sort out.....to include hollering at us for more $$$$ for the liability waiver and installation fees. They are working on the servers right now and depending upon how long that takes....MaydaX may get a chance to finish them up tonight. If not, it will be tomorrow morning.
