I am presuming that you have already checked that a blank file exists in your PB directory (pbucon.use) because without that file hub streaming will not work, I got your mail and you have a reply :)

Global bans are issued directly by EvenBalance and have nothing to do with any anti cheat site. If you think theres been a mistake you will have to take it up directly with EvenBalance themselves by opening a TroubleTicket. bf2 troubleticket link

All bans are made by pbguid and a new cd key = new pbguid. If your friends "brother" :P is using the same internet connection he will have a hard time convincing any leagues/ladders that he is not the person banned with another pbguid, and he would have an even harder time convincing us that he was the brother and not the banned player, and would probably be denied a full forum account here.

If your new to server administration you will find a remote rcon tool an invaluable aid. Easy when you know how eh :) PBBans Hub Server Results Server Status Server is streaming via Hub Server Info Clan Tag -]RoC[- Server IP 208.100.43.208:20100 Keep using HLSW and after a week you will wonder how you got by without it. I got your forum PM and have replied, you have a new task in your admin training :P

If you have a team account here one of the options you can choose is to select the "enforce bans" flag. This means that the PBBans Hub will check every connecting player against the PBBans MBI (Master Ban Index) and if he is on the MBI will be kicked.(no banlist updates required) This feature was introduced to help reduce the resources used by the server and lets the Hub "lighten the load" so to speak :) We do have up to date cvars/md5's available for all games that are available as a matter of course to our streaming game admins. Some info for you; Hub Features: Multi-streaming: you can stream to another anti cheat site using the old rep. method. Live Banning: Bans are sent to your server as they are received. Live Parsing: Server logs are parsed in real time as they are received. Enforce Bans: you no longer need to update the banlist on the server. Log Forwarding: Option to forward server logs to other anti-cheat websites (Currently AON, ACI, CheatsBusted) Greeting System: Attach a personal message to your guid that will be displayed to players when you join a server (Server must have Hub Greetings flag enabled) Easy Setup: Servers can be configured in minutes via rcon No 3rd party software required on the server. Plus a lot more to come. Would it hurt to give it a try and see what you think ? :P

Your account is not going to be deleted Bro :)Worst case scenario is your server fails to stream for 3 days and is deactivated. After 7 days of non streaming it will be deleted from the Hub and your team account deactivated. These are automatic processes. If, anytime after the 7 day period you want to stream a server its a simple case of asking for account reactivation.
