Global bans are issued directly by EvenBalance and have nothing to do with any anti cheat site.
If you think theres been a mistake you will have to take it up directly with EvenBalance themselves by opening a TroubleTicket.

Thats in every game specific sub forum section / its on the main web page and would also show if you had checked your guid on the main website page.

Hi.
I got a friend banned from PBBans. But his brother wants to play CoD also.
If he buys his on CoD he is banned also? Or only on GUID or IP? Or...?

All bans are made by pbguid and a new cd key = new pbguid.
If your friends "brother" :P is using the same internet connection he will have a hard time convincing any leagues/ladders that he is not the person banned with another pbguid, and he would have an even harder time convincing us that he was the brother and not the banned player, and would probably be denied a full forum account here.

If your new to server administration you will find a remote rcon tool an invaluable aid.
I would recommend Half Life Server Watch (HLSW)
A full tutorial on the setup and use can be found here;

After you have set it up you enter these commands via HLSW one line at a time;

pb_sv_writecfg
Thats all it takes to get your server streaming.

well i already do Auto MBL and update my MD5s thru PSB daily is there any added ones thru here also?
If you have a team account here one of the options you can choose is to select the "enforce bans" flag.
This means that the PBBans Hub will check every connecting player against the PBBans MBI (Master Ban Index) and if he is on the MBI will be kicked.(no banlist updates required)
This feature was introduced to help reduce the resources used by the server and lets the Hub "lighten the load" so to speak :)
We do have up to date cvars/md5's available for all games that are available as a matter of course to our streaming game admins.
Some info for you;
Hub Features:
Multi-streaming: you can stream to another anti cheat site using the old rep. method.
Live Banning: Bans are sent to your server as they are received.
Live Parsing: Server logs are parsed in real time as they are received.
Enforce Bans: you no longer need to update the banlist on the server.
Log Forwarding: Option to forward server logs to other anti-cheat websites (Currently AON, ACI, CheatsBusted)
Greeting System: Attach a personal message to your guid that will be displayed to players when you join a server (Server must have Hub Greetings flag enabled)
Easy Setup: Servers can be configured in minutes via rcon
No 3rd party software required on the server.
Plus a lot more to come.

I figured it was a long shot seeing how i only have my word and there is no way to prove that it was not me but i figured it would be cheaper to try. Thanks for your support though.
I guess there is some good that may come out of all this. Even though i dislike being banned for the action of a friend, the ban did work fairly well and i have managed about 8 or so Battlefield servers in the past few years but have only streemed punksbusted, which was fine, we got alot of cheaters off our servers and where able to catch a few (myself catching 2 personaly) with the help of PBSS but we have never streemed from PBBans. Now would it be possible to streem from both PBbans aswell as punks busted without causing a massive amount of lag?
All I will add is, give it a try and see what you think :)
Streaming via the PBBans Hub can be initiated in minutes with a few rcon commands via bf2cc.

Your account is not going to be deleted Bro :)Sry but are having some issues...i am getting it fixed,pls dont delete the account.
Worst case scenario is your server fails to stream for 3 days and is deactivated.
After 7 days of non streaming it will be deleted from the Hub and your team account deactivated.
These are automatic processes.
If, anytime after the 7 day period you want to stream a server its a simple case of asking for account reactivation.

Checking the "enforce bans" flag checks every connecting player against the MBI, and yes it works :PCheers though, when you click enforce bans, I am assuming that just uses the hub to check or does that use the MPI and therefore ET servers aren't really checking at the mo?

When you say log in info, not sure what your on about tbh :)
Hub streaming requires no user/login info and can be initiated by sending these pb commands to your server, 1 line at a time;
