Streaming denyed?

Hey we (wecip) just got 4 new sponsered serveres..

 

We wil stream our hardcore and our war server..

I added the serveres to streaming, but now i see they where removed from the "pending" list to the "nothing" list :rolleyes: .

 

The serveres was rented out, with the same ip and portnumber, to diff. other clans.. could this be the problem?

You would require your own dedicated IP's, not shared by other clans, in order to stream.

Yes i know that, but our gsp had that server rented to another clan (dont know why they dont any more), but now it is ours.

We got the whole server by our self, and full control :rolleyes: , not sharing with any others! (well thats what support told me)

 

Is there any way around this??

Please post the IP(s) you are attempting to add.

 

Also note once you've added the servers to your team account, they will be automatically removed after an extended period of non-streaming.

Try adding them to your existing team account which currently looks like this;

All we can do is add them to your team account, if they do not stream within a few days they are removed from our systems, so the onus is on you to ensure that streaming happens within 3 days of being added.

The best way is to run the streaming initiation commands prior to adding the server(s) to your team account by using;
