Hi there,

 

when I want add my server to streaming there is message "The server you entered is blacklisted and can not be added"

 

I am owner of this server and not sure what is wrong

 

IP:

217.117.216.156:18960

217.117.216.156:28960

etc.

 

If there is link for some solution then I apologize for this topic but I am from czech and it is little bit difficult to search here for me

also they are patch version 1.3....current is 1.7

 

is the server in a data center or in your home/office?

No...I am absolutely sure that there arent any cracked binaries.

There's several reasons a server could be blacklisted.

 

Just to name a few;

• Server is local-hosted. PBB policy requires servers to be hosted in a data-centre.
• Servers used to belong to a banned team
• Server is/was running cracked binaries

Either way, you'll have to wait for a staffmember to look into it.

Wait for a PBBans member of staff to pick up on this, it's possible that they were blacklisted because a previous owner used cracked binaries, or some other reason which is against PBBans ToS. As long as they meet the PBBans requirements they'll sort it out for you ;)
