I asked him to retype his key cause it seems like some times you can lose they key or it get replaced with a leaked key some how ....how and why i dont know ...but i have seen it before

 

so the guid with a globalban is not the guid he use to play with

You mean to tell me that sof some how arbitrarily assigns a guid in the event you dont enter one or accidentally delete it after instalation?

Why it happen or what the player do for it to happen i dont know.....but yes i have seen it before

when the player opens the sof2key file in the base folder he will see a diff key compared to the one he have on the box

and all you need to do is to retype the key and all is good again :)

curious on the last 2 posts....Murd's talking about guids and mRx is talking about keys.....there is no way of actually placing a guid while installing the game is there ? {key,yes, but didnt think guid..}

Your cd key creates your GUID so technically they are one in the same. The game creates a Raven GUID and PB creates a PB GUID.

solution: buy your own copy of the game and treat it like your social security number :)

What you mean that's what I should do with my CD-Key cuz I sold my my social sercurity number to a bunch of illegal immigrants so I could buy a new computer so maybe I should do the same with my CD-key so I can upgrade to a better video card & another gig of ram :lol:
