I can not find the file pbsv.cfg I only files:
pbclgame.cfg
pbns.dat
pbsbk.dat
pbsv.dat
pbsv.db
pbsvgame.cfg
pbsvuser.cfg
pbucon.use

this file will do the same or you have to create the files.

 

if your dual or multi streaming just add the pbbans lines to the end of the others

You should be able to create the pbsv.cfg which should contain all your streaming configurations for various anti cheat sites.  Our config can be found here:

These lines should be present in your config

 

pb_sv_uconadd 1 66.55.152.232 "pbbhub3-1" "pbbanshub"
pb_sv_uconadd 1 66.55.152.233 "pbbhub3-2" "pbbanshub"
pb_sv_uconadd 1 66.55.152.234 "pbbhub3-3" "pbbanshub"

 

 

The pbsvuser.cfg should be reserved for MD5 detections etc.
