Captain Blood Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 Hey PB. We have serious problems with our servers. We are one of the bigger clans from Denmark, but we have a problem with 2 of our servers. The problems are that sometimes when a player joines the server then one gets kicked and they get the message "Server Disconnected" and "Kicked by PB ( 0 min ). And sometimes a player gets kicked for "Disallowed Program/Driver [125040]" or "General PB Client Authentication Failure". Why does it do that and can we fix it?. Try opening a trouble ticket ..this is exactly what it was designed for. http://www.evenbalance.com/troubleticket/n...t.php?game=cod2 The disallowed program driver means that the rendering path of cod2 is being redirected by another programme and a trouble ticket will help you find out the culprit. Make sure you include in the trouble ticket: 1. any overlay programs installed (chat, voice, media streaming, etc.) please make note of those in your trouble ticket 2. Your Direct-X version 3. Your video driver version and if you are using the standard drivers or modified ones General PB Client Authentication Failure normally points to a network/bandwidth issue on the clients side Quote
RocknRoll Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 There have been a couple of reports that FRAPS and ATI Tray Tools (with the OSD framerate turned on) will trigger this violation. We've updated the master servers to allow FRAPS. If you find that you are still being kicked after disabling both FRAPS and the ATI Tray Tools OSD, please fill out an trouble ticket and we will work with you to isolate the problem. Quote
