This public server makes streaming for punksbusted.com. Essentially, it has something to do with a possible attempt to mess with PB itself. If they are not globally banned, it may be that there is some other explanation(false positive) or that EB is electing to give the person a little more rope, so as to add more fish to the net. In the end, it is EB's call with how this is handled. All other levels of cheats are added to the MBL.
