Guy with keygen or something?

Sorry if this is in wrong place but the forums keep saying my server isnt streaming but we keep seeing the PB violations? Need help if we aint streaming though :blink:

 

A guy came on our server and started vote kicking everyone. I went on server and banned him through rconmax. He was back in 2 min's vote kicking so I banned him again. Then he was back (2 min's again) using bad language so I banned him yet again.

I realised he must have more than one Guid so I checked and sure enough he was sprouting them for fun. How the hell was he doing this?

Anyway he must have got bored and went away, or maybe my final ban worked effectively.

 

What I would like to do is report his IP (4400 78.105.115.198:-8948) because the fool didn't think of that. Can I report this to someone or Punk Buster or something?

Hope you can help because this guys needs permanent ban. (And how many more out there can do this?).
