New server deleted from old account

I recently bought a Cod:WW server from gameservers.com. I tried to add it to my account so I could get it streaming, but upon doing so I got the message that it was already streaming.

The IP address is 208.167.251.192:28960.

It is assigned to the tag -SM-. The last time it sent data was on December 3rd and I'd like it removed from that account so I can add it to mine.

I contacted gameservers.com and they said that recycle IP addresses. This is the server that was cancelled at gameservers.com, but not removed from here. Thanks.

I am. Thank you.

However, I cannot get the server to stream now.I have uploaded the proper pb config files, activated it in my server management tool, typed 'pb_sv_ver' in the console, and it is still not streaming. I've also restarted the server multiple times. Any suggestions?

The various methods of initiating streaming are outlined here click me

I find the rcon method click me or the webtool click me to be the easiest to follow.
