I posted it to a clan's forums, and they're all very dubious of my claim, because the person in question is their clan leader. Would it be appropriate to post a link to the video (or a download) here, and ask the opinion of the public on whether they think the player in question is hacking/botting, or is that considered inappropriate? If you join a server that does not even have PB enabled, encountering cheaters is the norm and any demo taken etc is a rather pointless exercise. Find another server and move on.
