I think the point they were making is that at least they're building a new engine instead of re-hashing the same one as the COD franchise has been doing since COD4 .. i think? I dare say any new COD this year will also be on same engine. Will BF3 run like crap?.. maybe... but if it offers far more in gameplay then any other "spawn die spawn die" FPS, I am sure it will please a few people, irrelevant of server file releases and mod tools. I for one have missed my jet and helo and tanks that actually move faster then a snail.

mutiplayer games are becoming about as appealing as snot on toast lately.

As Everson stated the topic was moved because Mrwendt allowed a previously restricted user to use his account to make a forum post. This is against forum rules and a breech of security. Mrwendts account was then restricted and the post moved. Mike has had many many forum accounts here, all restricted and could easily have posted up himself in the past rather then using someone elses account. I apologise as I moved the topic and realised since he wasn't the original poster he couldn't see it either. He should be able to now. The accounts staff member who dealt with that account will be replying tomorrow.

They simply haven't removed the addon. We haven't supported this title for some time.

My sentiments exactly.. when did people stop playing games for fun and start playing them to pick them to shreds or complain before they even try? If it aint for you don't play it.. simples. Read too many forums where they judge a game on everything but the fun factor. When did it become cool to be so damn negative?

Bf2 look? hmm why not carry on playing BF2 then? Would look like lego then. Some nice ideas although I would prefer it didn't have the BF2 look though.

It will sell because alot of gamers have no patience to wait for something decent. The majority want their quick fix filled and then moan when it doesn't meet expectations. So the developers will carry on churning out brand after brand because even if it only puts bums on seats for 10 mins, it still puts dollars in their pocket.

Judging on appeals I've read for that violation, I'm sure it wasn't an accidental download too, however thats up to him to decide, either way he'll not be streaming here. GGC can make their own decisions. I think we can end this topic here as its all rather a moot point :)

You know why you server is blacklisted, I had told you only a week or so ago that streaming here would be impossible with people in your clan who have previous cheat convictions. GGC's application procedures may not be as stringent as ours but as it stands with this person in your clan, you will not be allowed to stream here.

Well point them in the direction of this thread :) Firstly the ban at GGC seems to have been triggered on a US IP, you are in Canada. Secondly, the only IP that ties your GUID's together was used on your GUID in Jan 2007, on the GGC banned one it was used in September 2008. Banned GUID has been used in USA since october 09 Your GUID has never been used in the USA. Unless you have a private jet I doubt very much thats you! I think those are the facts as I see them so maybe they'll re-think your ban. If not, I think there's always Plan B :)
