Ok in short, a hack is a hack however you try and explain it away. Key words in his argument to you, "RANK HACK" Secondly the IP's are from different countries over the world because he uses leaked keys. In fact alot of the STI/SS guys use leaked keys. However his IP has actually been the same from dec 08 until now, sept 21st 09 falls between these two dates, and the IP being used whilst the above ban was triggered is the same.

Your servers are streaming vader, longy try what I suggested in PM. Servers automatically set to deactivated if they haven't streamed for a period of three days.

I can also confirm that he was still wearing your tags yesterday whilst playing on a streaming server.

If a server stops streaming then run the not streaming fix (in my signature) or the webtool. There's no need to remove the server completely from the account. However now it's been removed you'll need to re-add it via the AccCP http://www.pbbans.com/account/server.php - then wait for an admin to approve the server and re-add it to the hub.

You would need to contact AON directly with your Evenbalance troubleticket information. They may or may not remove bans. We cannot speak for them or make decisions on their behalf.

It appears that the master user of the account has removed the servers and all other users from it. I would therefore suggest your idea of making a re-application is the best way to go to avoid confronation in future.
