does the player in question play on streaming servers ? if this is the case then you can assist the admin by taking some demos of the guy in question . if your based in uk you are very welcome to encourage him to visit our servers pm me if this is an option and we can arrange a reception for him .only admins of streaming servers can submit the demo to pbbans in a private section of theese forums .the demo would also be backed up with streaming logs .
