on a mouse some people have a wheel. If you set this up you can make semi automatic weapons to shot fully auto.

there is a difference between having punkbuster run on your server (which is what you are talking about) and actually streaming to PBBans (two different organizations, we are PBBans and we take a stronger stance on cheating than punkbuster). Currently you are not an SGA at PBBans (account application and automatic setup). and yes I think that he would be able to jsut change it and not have a problem with keeping his profile, if it doesnt work then he will need to start from scatch obviously. -Dan PBBans|Ice Man

he probably just gets a new guid and goes on your server again... I would suggest doing an IP ban on him (As we do not ban IPs here) PB_SV_BanMask [iP Address / Subnet Mask] Permanently bans players from joining the server from the specified IP Address / Subnet Mask; for example: issuing PB_SV_BanMask "12.34." will cause PB to deny access to all players trying to join from an IP Address that begins with "12.34."; These bans are written to the pbbans.dat file just like bans issued with the PB_SV_Ban command

PB is not that sophisticated and no EA will not take action...

COD5 uses a different name system than cod4 and the cvar for names in the config is defaulted to unknown soldier.. Players can change this if they choose but most dont not all but obviously a large enough number.. I think everyone just blaims it on vista when it can sometimes be fixed with anti aliasing or av program punkbuster doesnt buy cheats and anti cheat is about reaction... hence you have it happen alot. Until the record function is released in game there is nothing we can do cheats are coded to do just that... A lot of "new cheats" do not use cvars and md5 scans only help when the cheat file is inside the game folder. -Dan

nothing we can do. you can rant all you want at us but we are not punkbuster, we are PBBans and we use punkbuster software to our advantage. I'm sure punkbuster will figure out how to use windows 7 when it is actually released commercially ;) and yeah might wanna read up on the End user agreement for pb. -Dan
