I loaded the singleplayer up today. I lasted about 15 minutes before I turned it off again.

You should be able to add it now :) Server IP used to belong to another clan who managed to get it blacklisted.

And nothing of value was lost.

We should totally mail MaydaX an SSD.

It has been getting some pretty naff reviews. Shame, I thought this might be a cheap online FPS gem.

Was it then removed from your steam account? How did you go about getting a refund?

I deleted the game's mp_config.cfg and allowed it to recreate a new one (yes this does help) and turned shader warming on. I have found a large improvement in the stability of the game. Frame rates are higher (although still drop in places) but I never go below 60FPS now. Also, I don't stutter at the start of a map either. I always used to stutter until I die for the first time in that round, then the game runs fine. Doesn't do that any more. All in all a good patch I'd say. Now if only they could have put the game out in this state in the first place.

MOH was dropped for a multitude of reasons, not least the lack of access to server files. As it stands, MOH streaming is completely broken - servers will not stay streaming for an as yet unknown reason. Without server files we cannot debug this ourselves. BFH streaming does work, and servers stay streaming when set up - so there is nothing to debug and we can provide a limited service to those that wish to stream BFH servers.

Not quite sure what you are getting at, but regardless - is there any need?

On 4th playthrough of the SP. Still a great story. Couldn't care less if it is scripted - I am easily amused :D MP is still a lot of fun, rank 40 first prestige atm.

SP is awesome, has a decent story and some pretty decent character development. Thoroughly enjoyed it. MP is slightly laggy with performance issues atm. Lag I can expect because of the failure of GS/ATVI to have the hardware to support the initial rush to play. That will die down soon enough. The performance issues I expect will be patched within the week. All in all, I think that once the MP issues are sorted, I will be playing this for many, many hours.

I am enjoying SP so far. MP is laggy as reported, but I expect this will be dealt with in due time. I certainly hope so, anyway.

To be fair, the game looks great. :)
