imho both demo and theatre mode are useless they do not show every frame, it is condensed like a .jpg image over a .png or something we have already discussed this in our admin group. half of the theatre mode clips make you look like you are cheating ..... you can not have conclusive evidence if the game edits the info before you get it

+1 most common problem is that firewall is blocking PunkBuster and with the vague comment that you tried some other things is not very helpful if you just came to vent and don't really want help then don't worry about giving us some pertinent information

your case that game disc has been sold more times than anyone can count. second hand is almost always a burnt (banned) key how do you expect the ban to be lifted just because you were too cheap to buy a legit copy? your "new/legit" copy is not banned if it is "new/legit"

valid bans are never lifted no matter how many different people may use the GUID many people are linked by IP to a ban because of dynamic IPs anyone that cannot be assed to properly interpret the data is not worth bothering with if you used the GUID after the ban and never had the original IP/alias you are ok btw you are not due an apology, you used a GUID that was proven a cheat *edit* besides that, only the person originally caught cheating can appeal the ban. any other will be denied out of hand
