If the IWNet / Steam / VAC system works out then I don't see PB being used in future IW games. Most likely VAC is included with IW's contract with Steam or is much cheaper than PB. I doubt PB will ever incorporate into VAC plus PB would be an extra cost. EB will just need to find other companies to do business with.

No dedicated servers have been released for everyone afaik so we will not be supporting streaming at this time. No way for us to run tests etc so we can't support it.

We don't delete teams. They get set to inactive.

As I said CD Keys are NOT our responsibility to protect, that falls to the owner. Bottom line is the key was logged using a cheat and therefore banned. The ban will not be removed and no amount of whining here will get the ban lifted. Buy a new game, get a refund, play on servers that don't use our ban list. Closed

We can't tell you how someone got your key. All we can tell you it was logged in our system using a cheat. We didn't take anything, you are still free to play on pb disabled servers or servers that don't use our ban list.

So if you give your car keys to someone and they steel your car, is it the cops fault? We ban GUID's not IP's. You are solely responsible for your CD Key and if you feel it was sold to another person or stolen then take it up with the place you bought it from. It's NOT our responsibility to protect your property. As a former admin would say join #whine&care

You still have to edit the pbsv.cfg manually. Unticking the write option will setup a server but when pb or the server is restarted the settings will be lost. Add this to the bottom of the pbsv.cfg file: If you use UCON for anyting else such as other ac sites or modern rcon find the settings for those and add Add it after the pb_sv_uconempty command

It was cracked. It's been removed so you can add it.

We fight to keep cheaters from ruining other players gaming experience. Stat padders are free to do as they wish and that applies to the server owners and players. Stats are meaningless, it just ruins a game because people are more worried about getting a badge or award and don't focus on the game. I still don't understand why some are so worried about other peoples stats. Only stats I worry about in games are my own. Boy I miss the old days when people played for fun and not for some icon in front of their name.

EA doesn't care about us, all they care about is money. And we have tried working with other AC sites but not all of them wanted to work together.

Bottom line is stats padding is NOT cheating. We define cheating as using a program, locked game settings, etc to give an unfair advantage against other players. Stats padding does not give an unfair advantage. If you dislike a servers rule then find another it as simple as that. We don't tell admins how to run their servers with the exception of running cracked servers for the purpose of disabling cd key checks. Stats padding is solely up to EA to deal with and admins running padding servers are more then welcome to use our services if they choose to do so.

It's because our mpi is still being restored. I've updated the file on our site to include a check if the mpi is offline. EDOM will need to update their end.
