As we told the_fly_sw@tter, we do not suspend teams for stat padding. This request is unrelated to this as it's simply a streaming requirement. Anyway, we can take this to PM. Our forums aren't the place for this sort of drama.

Only the GUID is banned. If he reinstalls his game with a new CD-key he will have a different GUID.

I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done. The violation is valid. The ban was appealed and then denied by the previous owner. You should never buy second-hand multiplayer games off Ebay as this happens quite often. Same CD-key used to install = same GUID.

Servers automatically get removed for not streaming for an extended period of time. Sounds like something is wrong in your server's configuration. Have a look at our hub streaming guide or re-run the webtool. The most likely problem is that the following line is missing from your pbsv.cfg: pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver // Keep-Alive for PBBans Hub

Streaming problems are always client-sided. I suggest you check and double-check you have the right IP, and perhaps follow the steps in the hub streaming guide again. You could also re-run the webtool. Post up your pbsv.cfg and we can have a look if something is obviously wrong/missing.

Am I the only one who is finding hitreg significantly worse in certain situations? Long range, shooting when prone, sniping with a sniperrifle...it all seems worse.

You've updated the hub's IP to reflect the recent change, right? Post up your pbsv.cfg and we can have a look. You said you ran the webtool? Did it complete without error?

Only CVAR/MD5 checks are automatically updated using those flags, not the pbsv.cfg file. On top of that, the autoupdate flags are experimental and stop working if the server is restarted. I personally always recommend manual updates every once in a while.
