As long as you followed the set up procedure to the letter and the last rcon command was pb_sv_writecfg then there will be np.

We are playing wars at Clanbase and Clanbase forces us to stream to another AC-site but i want to stream simultaneously are there other things where i must think about? or are it just these commands?
just those commands bro. :)
All other anti cheat sites use the ancient rep method to initiate streaming (pbsvlog.cfg etc)
PBBans has the unique PBBans Hub .. both methods initiate streaming, but the PBBans Hub has a lot more to offer .. welcome to the modern world of anti cheat :P

Punkbuster hardware bans and Global Guid bans are issued directly by evenbalance. Hardware bans and Global Guid bans have nothing to do with pbbans or any other anti-cheat site. If you feel that you were banned in error, please use their support ticket system here.
Threads started regarding hardware bans and Global Guid bans will be locked.
the 6 digit number you have is the unique number of the global ban issued directly by evenbalance and the player should include this in any trouble ticket raised regarding a global ban.

As soon as an admin see's a server waiting to be added he will do so immediately, so please give a little time before checking the streaming status.

What exactly is the prob m8 ?
Your added to the account, hence the streaming game admin avatar so you have the same access levels as the account creator.
