Punkbuster hardware bans and Global Guid bans are issued directly by evenbalance. Hardware bans and Global Guid bans have nothing to do with pbbans or any other anti-cheat site. If you feel that you were banned in error, please use their support ticket system here.
Threads started regarding hardware bans and Global Guid bans will be locked.

btw .. we only accept pbss off servers that were streaming when the pbss was taken as per the PBBans TOS section 4.2.
4.2 Submissions of screenshots and demo catches by participating SGA will not be accepted unless your server is currently streaming to PBBans. This is a mandatory and necessary precaution to ensure that the screenshots and demos being submitted have not been altered in any way.

From the manuali'm sure this is an old question, but please answer it one more time. Does relaxing ur guid to allow " legit " players (on the same key) so NON hacking families can play ur server , does it also relax ur pb streaming ??
PB_SV_GUIDRelax [0-7]
Defaults to 0; Controls PunkBuster's kicking behavior related to GUIDS; A Value of 1 means PB will not kick for UNKN (Unknown) GUIDs; A Value of 2 means PB will not kick for WRONGIP GUIDs (these are GUIDS which are valid but not from the IP Address the player is connecting from); A Value of 4 means PB will not kick for DUPLICATE GUIDs; These values (1, 2 and 4) can be combined to achieve the desired behavior
What this means:
0 = Will kick for ALL 1 = Will not kick UNKNown GUIDS 2 = Will not kick for wrong IP addresses 3 = Will not kick for UNKNown GUIDS and wrong IP addresses 4 = Will not kick for DUPlicate GUIDS 5 = Will not kick for UNKNown GUIDS and DUPlicate GUIDS 6 = Will not kick for wrong IP addresses and DUPlicate GUIDS 7 = Will not kick for UNKNown GUIDS, wrong IP addresses, and DUPlicate GUIDS
Purely the choice of the server admin what guidrelax setting to use, but anything other than 0 also opens the door for the bad guys as well.
It's a point worth remembering :)

i've resolved this problem for my servers already. i just have a feedback from banned players, so i think that a lot of servers contain wrong bans at present time. if its can be removed only by local admins... well... sounds quite hopeless for these players :(
you are the only one who has posted about this particular problem .. the bans were auto removed from servers I run.

servers can be added /deleted etc etc via your team account.
add server -> fill in relevant info ->click add server tab.
post here if you hit a problem.

I did it for you this time .. server added and streaming via the Hub.

If for some reason or other your server(s) missed the auto removal you have 2 choices.
#1. manually edit your pbbans.dat
#2. generate a fresh pbbans.dat from here click me
In both cases, once your finished - upload to your server(s) pb root folder and overwrite your existing pbbans.dat

Your server streams to PsB only m8.
Are you aware that it has been possible to stream to both PsB and PBBans at the same time ... double the protection from the 2 premiere anti cheat sites can not be a bad thing :)
Re the pbss, we like the original .png posted here and do you have more of this particular player on other maps etc ?

The server was streaming correctly because an auto upgrade was made in forum status ..this can only happen if the server is streaming.
I would suggest one admin takes charge and re-applies the neccessary settings or we will be on this merry go round forever.

open your team account ->click add server -> fill in relevant details -> click add server
As soon as an admin see's a server waiting to be added he will do so immediately, so please give a little time before checking the streaming status.
Post back here if you hit a problem.
The whole idea of team accounts is to give server admins a lot more control over servers that they pay for (plus its less for us to do :) )
