I take it this is a Hub streaming request because of the psb signature .. the server is not configured correctly for Hub streaming. All it takes is 7 rcon commands. http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=19266 scroll down to - Hub streaming can be done via rcon (one line at a time)

Just to reassure you m8 .. a ban will never be placed on the MBI for all black/grey pbss unless supported by corroborative evidence such as a demo/md5 or cvar scan. The official line from EvenBalance is this: direct from EvenBalance:

Any admin who wishes to keep his server(s) gaming environment as clean as possible should stream his server(s) to a reputable anti cheat site. All information on setting up streaming can be found here I would suggest the rcon method if your not sure about ftp etc .. all it would take to initiate streaming is 7 rcon commands and a post requesting streaming here This in turn will give an admin access to the private areas of the PBBans forums etc, and will also give you complete access to the latest cheat cvars/md5 scan information we have at our disposal.

Just to re-iterate what cheat violations are detected by EvenBalance and not PBBans. Cheat/Hack Violations: If we get an appeal for any of the above it is denied without exception unless EvenBalance inform us its not a valid detection. Even if you follow EvenBalance advice and "remove cheats/hacks from your computer" the initial detection will remain on the MBI. Its that simple.

feel free to report the "pay for a cheat" sites to the tax authorities :PI'm pretty sure that the taxman will be quite happy to extract his pound of flesh from the llama's that sell this crap, and with any luck they will have to pay a lot of back tax on their undeclared revenue.
