auto hub timing out for streaming

please help everytime i enter details it says timing out and i have checked details loads of time and ftp is allowing accordig to rackage.

Triple check your IP and Port.

You sure you entered the correct port? You need to enter the IP alone (without joinport) and then RCON Port and password.
