You can be admin and do whatever you please with your server/s, but you won't be allowed to use PBBans services while this person is a clan member.

On a side note... You still won't be able to submit this PBSS after becoming a streaming game admin as the server has to be streaming at the time of the shot being taken.

You can always link the GQ admins to this thread.
