Some may say it's because he/she has extended ASCII characters in their name, but it's just a bug/glitch & nothing to worry about.

I have been banned from a few servers myself for the same thing, but have never used the wheel to fire, never will. Best thing to do is play somewhere else where the admins know their arse from their elbows. NOTE: Server name removed from your thread to prevent flame wars.

We do not ban without streamed server log data.

Click on the Nvidia systray icon, Performance & quality settings > Antialiasing settings. From there you can adjust with a preview or manage AA settings manually for each game. You can also get to it (if no systray icon) from the control panel, Nvidia Control Panel. I wouldn't be surprised if turning it off doesn't fix it. Turn all AA settings off / none

PBBans doesn't have an Appeal Email as you put it. The only Email an appealer will receive is the automated one saying that the appeal had been reviewed and denied / approved, nothing more. Fyi, PBBans doesn't ban on assumptions. Lets see the ban link and evidence to backup your claims ?

Toffe babe's ban was confirmed valid by EvenBalance therefore no mistake was made, Ban will not be removed. Now I'm closing this as this is just a rant.

Your PB GUID is clean on the PBBans MBI (not banned) sounds like a local ban by the server admin. What message do you get when kicked off these servers ? EDIT: SS just loaded.. What does that say in english if you can translate ?

SGA's are automatically downgraded to member after a while if the server stops streaming. 208.167.250.20:28930 - Server Hub connection is deactivated

g_inactivityspectator doesn't work in COD4 and as far as I'm aware the only thing you can do is manually kick them.
