Difficult to say. It might be a readme from a cheat as well as a normal file.

Yup.
You can type there a greeting for guid & game. You can use once a special string $CURRENT_NICK which is replaced with your current nick on server. Color Codes are allowed too.
This feature works only on server that are streaming to pbbans and has it enabled ( via Edit Flags -> Allow HUB Greetings ).

I assume that your family has same ip address. You may try to set pb_sv_guidrelax to 0 and pb_sv_lanmask to your ip.

Your server doesn't but Hub did( by mistake ).

This was my mistake. All these bans were removed and the problem was fixed.

If it were so, you couldn't play there either. Its using same port as pb and the game.In other words, if it aint streaming in the next 24hours,
then most likely the Ucon ports shall be blocked by the server.

If you are streaming via E-Dom account, ask rude dude to remove it from there and request your own account.

i actually removed all of them as i added a whole load of them but now im using jpat and i dont want to tick box to update cvar checks because when i do i dont know where they go to edit them ive l;ooked in pbsv.cfg and they are not there i suppose i could put them back in manually and just remove that one its a shame as auto update is very handy unless u can tell me where the cvars can be edited after using auto update sorry to waffle on cheers
You can remove all cvar checks you dislike. Edit -> Advanced -> Cvar Patches
Write there
HumanController FlashbangDistortion
and jPAT will remove all lines that contains this string.
