We cannot add ban based on screenshot from non-streaming server because we can't verify screenshots authenticity.

I really don't understand why this doesn't get fixed.
Numerous members, and myself, have submitted trouble tickets with NO RESOLUTION.

I fail to see the logic in your actions, to idly stand by, while cheaters and hackers continue to play on servers with the continuance of this problem.
You have cause myself, and the FEAR community, a huge disservice while we stand by and watch this all happen.

FWIW, anyone who would cheat in Coop Warfare is only cheating themselves.
But I'd sure like to see this problem resolved.

I think that the problem is in the mod and not in PB.
Once there was a problem with Mandrake Linux and LG cdroms.
If you tried to install mandrake using LG Cdrom, its firmware was deleted because LG didnt follow ATAPI standard and when linux issued cmd to eject cdrom, it deleted firmware.
Was this linux fault?
NO , because LG didnt follow ATAPI standard and claimed its ATAPI compatible.
And I think this is the same case.

Paths should then be relative to C:\Program Files\vim\gvim or something like that. As you are most probably not familiar to (g)vim and unix editors in general, you won't be able to really use gvim as an editor (it's incredible hard to use if you've never used it before), but you can still use it to load the ET log and scroll around.

Its displayed on all server that are streaming via hub and have 'Allow Hub Greetings' flag on.

Yes, it works with hub too.- JPAT is only for rep or for hub too ?
You can use it to update cvar & md5 configs. You don't have to use it to update banlists as its done by hub.
Use task scheduler in your operating system and point it to jPAT_update.bat- How to enable autoupdates ?

If its not streaming, simply set up streaming again.

If you execute pb_sv_uconlist and it doesn't show anything it means its not correctly set up for streaming and you need to re-enter cmds mentioned in Hub's faq.
If it shows the message above, it means that server is prepared for streaming but it doesn't necessarily mean its streaming.
To find out whether server is streaming use either method stated by fozzer or execute pb_sv_usessionlist

As long as he uses cheats that doesn't interfere with PB, I think he will never be hw banned.
Its not important how many times you cheat, but what you use to cheat.
This is the price you have to pay for a free game.
