yes the hub encountered a small problem on sunday, its being worked on :) as far as i can tell the Hub is Online right now "PBBans Hub Status: PBBans Hub Online ".. We are working around the clock to get things up and running properly and be assured any/all logs that have been streamed to us will be forwarded to aci/aon/cb etc.. I will be adding a NQ section however the 'checks' i place into the category will be limited at this time purely for the fact NQ is a new mod and it does differ from some mods , and in such some cheats may or may not work in the mod.. (like etpro and etpub some cheats works in one and not the other) this should be done by the time you view the response of this post :D

currently there is 124 "NoQuarter" servers running globally Im not too sure how many are streaming to pbbans mind you but at this point its not feasable to add in an entry to our MCI (but this is my opinion).. However a server admin 'could' just take our MDL list copy and paste say the etpub/etmain selections and use the find and replace feature in word/notepad (cant remember which) and replace the "etmain" with noquarter.. Now i say this primarily because the more MD5 checks in your list the longer it will take to cycle thru the list per client and it can/will cause more lag.. so it would end up something similar to a "optionial" entry if added.. but once again this has to be discussed.... currently however i know most of our enemy-territory servers are etpro, etpub & jaymod (in that order)

well if it says you're ip banned then its the owner of the server or someone who has access to rcon who banned you're ip.. nothing todo with pbbans.com

and what is the exact message you're getting? ip bans are made via PB by a Server Admin (someone with RCON access) I checked your ip# and your GUID and found nothing on our lists.. so once again it's either a Server Admin/Owner who banned you or your Globaly Banned by PB... telling me the exact message will narrow it down.

pbbans doesn't ban by IP , game server admins ban by IP so try contacting the server administrator

recoil is NOT affected by fps settings in Enemy-Territory (never has) it does however make a difference in RTCW

which would mean your on a dynamic ip... unfortunatly your server has to be a STATIC IP in order to properly work with streaming.

its listed as streaming now :D you should have access to the msi/mcl/mdl and other various parts of the forums, if you dont let one of us know and we will fix ya up

there are tweaks for 'recoil' however those are mostly for the fg and k43 , the recoil scripts wouldnt work effeciently with a MG its possibly to bind a constant look down and fire to a button but you would have to train yourself to use it properly.. But once again not sure how effecient that would be... I would suggest getting demo's as sometimes its quite obvious when someone is cheating and when someone has 'skill'

you must be using jaymod or etpub as thats the only way of 'changing other peoples names' in enemy territory. If you are that means someone with ADMIN/Clan Member Level access is using the rename feature probably silently i.e. silent commands via console /!rename xxxx to aaaaa etc

ah your a Enemy-Territory Server admin, well imo i've noticed the namelock feature via pb doesnt work worth a damn w/ certain characters i.e. [ and / etc.. if youre hoster runs a Linux server maybe look into using etadmin mod (works with all other enemy-territory mods). it has a nice Nickname protection feature and clan tag protection :)

that specific person had a known cheat in his enemy territory "etmain" folder the cheat in question is clearly Icebot an afaik its considered a multi hack.
