They are pretty fast with support and will try and fix your issue, however it seems like they've switched data centers 6 or so months back and have run into a lot of trouble since then.

Honest question: What did you do to get on the MBI? Do you really think I would want previous cheaters on my server at all? Why would I give a previous cheater a reason to come back on and continue to ruin the game for players who have been clean since bf3? Are you really going to stay clean in BF4? Link to your ban?

Is the server in question streaming here? The only proper way to verify a ss is to check the MD5 hash of the screenshot with the punkbuster logs (if the server admin was streaming they would have the logs) Edit: It doesn't appear the server in question is streaming. unless you have access to the server there is no way to verify the screenshots authenticity.

Then start disabling everything you have running outside of the game, one thing at a time.

I wouldn't say they are a douche, however I would call them misinformed. I like to keep my server clean just like everyone else, however I know the limitations of the system and what a ban such as this can do to a player. Our servers don't use metabans. Maybe the admin has more information than we do.

I don't see a way it could be possible. The data interaction is server to server, and the client does not have access to GUID and Violation data, plus I don't see a way to verify that data...

activision + punkbuster are both dead in the water in terms of that. They will not leave steam.

No, however what I see is 5 different GUIDs that used that same name(5 different cd keys). Again I have no idea what this group is looking at to consider you linked to a ban. Going on what fozzer said and what I'm telling you, I would ask them to claify why you are banned because I can't figure it out. And to actually spell it out with linked guids, ect.

PBBans doesn't edit the MPI. Maybe you can ask the group to reply here, because I personally don't see the link to what the group is talking about, however I do see that 5 different GUIDs used that same username.
