Yes, it does stream. So ask whoever is the admin of the server to submit the demo in the Demo Submissions Area. Make sure he follows the instructions on how to submit a demo. http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=63301 (Only Streaming Game Admins/SGAs can see this, normal users can't.)

If the server you caught him on is streaming to PBBans, then you're going to have to send the demo to the server admin, who is the only person that can submit the demo to PBBans in order to be put on the Master Ban Index. If the server isn't streaming to PBBans, well...you can't submit it. What was the server IP you caught him on?

Seconded. What's worse than dealing with the auth server crap during training is trying to actually play a game. >.>; Impossible for me because it either crashes, shows the maps screens then brings me back to the menu, or gives some kind of authorization failure.

Well...once they get a hold of a CD-key, they can change their name/alias to anything they feel like putting using the COD4 multiplayer options. As for the reason why...who knows?

It's possible that his CD key was leaked/stolen and used to hack. The guy who used the stolen/leaked key to hack was from the US, hence that's why the American IP is on the list of IPs/aliases. Just my 2 cents.

I don't have a server, and I won't be planning to in a long time. ;) Yeah, I help catch hackers on servers and submit hacks to EvenBalance xD (I'm not an admin of any servers, just your regular COD4 player.) (I guess I'll just submit them, just in case.)

Is there any way to tell whether or not a hack can be CVAR/MD5Tool scanned by PBBans? Or, if I can't determine it in anyway possible, can I still submit it to PBBans? The hacks I want to submit have already been detected by PunkBuster. However PunkBuster (not PBBans) is only kicking, and I would like, if possible, to submit it to PBBans so that if caught with those hacks, the player gets banned from PBBans-streaming servers (and maybe others too, if I submit it to them xD) and gets added to the MBI.
