No. Each site offers their own ban list. The reason we do not use PsB's list is simple...security and integrity of the bans. PBBans uses the streamed logs to validate the bans. Yes, PBBans offers the Hub method of streaming while PsB using the repository method. Not a bit....key issues is to ensure your configurations are correct as well as any additional MD5Tool or CVAR checks.

Hello and Welcome! One way to look at it is this.....your purchased copy of BF2 came with a cd-key. This cd-key creates a unique GUID when joining a PunkBuster enabled server. If your son has gotten a hold of someone else's account that has received a GUID ban, it is ill-advised for you to allow your son to use it. It is possible to link your computer to the PB GUID and this wouldn't be a good thing if you are trying to keep a clean system. One crucial mistake with PB can warrant a global PB ban and worse a hardware ban. The hardware ban can make for a bad day when trying to play on other PB enabled games/servers. I hope this helps.

Based on this information, we have decided to lift appealed bans that meet the eligibility criteria. PBBans take pride in ensuring innocent players are protected. We also do not talk childishly about other anti-cheat sites. I have lifted your ban. Again, thanks for your understanding.

kev The PBBans system auto-demotes & promotes Streaming Game Admin depending on their servers streaming status. In your case, the server had stopped streaming for a period of time and the system auto-demoted you. You happen to sort the configuration settings and the server started streaming again and the system promoted you back to SGA. In short, the Staff here didn't pull your forum rights ;)

Crysis appears to a little tempermental.

You need to request a Team Account first (http://www.pbbans.com/account_application.php) Once you create your account, follow the settings to stream via the Hub, and we will finish creating your Team Account. :)

Seems as though you have a personal issue with the server admin. You could bring this post to his attention. Otherwise, not much we can do for you considering you are not linked to any cheats based on your IP address.

I am not sure what =ISAT= Winvintang8 has against you as far as evidence of a cheat. I also do not know how he tried to tie you with 67.151.194.190. That IP address is from San Bernadino....a good 55 miles from your location. tha17 you are only showing 1 PB GUID for BF2 and it is clean. I would, however, like to remind all Server admin to utilize the MPI as a tool....linking players by IP addresses should be treated as reference only. Also, it is against PBBans TOS to pass along data that is restricted for use by Server admin. In the future, please ask a PBBans Staff member first to be sure it is okay.
