I idle in the IRC channel 24/7...however, I don't sit at my PC 24/7. Like fozzer and foxdie said patience is key. Nothing against you but we have had folks drop in....ask a question....and quit IRC all in the matter of 30 seconds. IRC is helpful for live chatting with the Staff and other server admin but the forums is always the safest bet to get the best response to your questions. It is also helpful to other "non-IRC" server admin if posts are in the forums. :D

Bans generated by game server admin will also display the "permanently banned by Punkbuster...." response. You should try joining other servers to see if you still receive the banned message.

Your concerns were noted and corrected within moments of you bringing it to our attention. We apologize and have made changes to the way PunkBuster screenshots are added to the ban lists. You are the one who started the topic....and tossing harrasing comments our way. PBBans staff do not condone anyone "flaming" or harrasing other members of the site. Thank you for pointing out the screenshot. My question to you is.....how does your 9 year old son interpret the information on our site? You honestly don't have a clue....it wasn't me who downgraded your account. Get your facts straight before speaking. After the 4th or 5th PM and post regarding the same topic which we have answered repeatedly before, I did not have the time to beat the dead horse again. As far as God and family goes.......I know where I am heading......and I have six children that make my life whole. PBBans is not my life nor is it my job and if God were sitting here reading this crap he would have a good laugh. In all....PBBans is about keeping a "game" as clean as possible from cheaters......it isn't about real life events.

The issues surrounding your position at PBBans, our support of the SoF2 league you are now affiliated with, your determination to gain access to the MPI, and your continued jabs at our integrity does nothing more than add fuel to the fire. Bans are based off the PB GUID (the unique identifier based somewhat off the CD-Key). You should not have a problem installing and using the new game. If you do, let us know.

Which game? AAO? Simply tell us which other AC site you would like to forward too. The logs they get are the logs that you server stream to PBBans. So, no your server will not lag.

While it is probably true that this player deserves to be on the MBI......your server must be streaming to PBBans in order have PB ss bans added to the MBI.

Check your game's connection type....make sure that yours is set correctly to DSL, Cable, etc.

The most likely cause of this is a bad internet connection. Does this happen on one server or all servers that the player tries?

No images..... We don't judge screenshots from non-streaming servers. Why not get your server setup to stream to PBBans :)
