    theres a glitch on rtcw servers that i will not explain here but it allows you to spam the server in someone elses name and say whatever you want at the map end - no one uses it on jolt servers after i banned 14 players for it :P they had to come and explain themselves before i lifted the bans lmao :D

    PBBans is the only Anti Cheat site that offers 2 methods of streaming - standard rep. streaming and the PBBans Hub - the PBBans Hub has taken over as the most popular method of streaming.

    you can read what the Hub is all about here click me

    you can setup streaming via the PBBans Hub in minutes - no username or password required.

    this can be done by entering 5 rcon commands.

     

    /rcon pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use

    /rcon pb_sv_restart

    /rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 3

    /rcon pb_sv_uconadd 1 63.171.64.205 pbbhub pbbhub

    /rcon pb_sv_writecfg

    (if you're using HLSW or rconUnlimited, omit /rcon)

    its that easy :)

    once you have entered those commands - make a post here http://www.pbbans.com/forums/index.php?showforum=347 and your forum upgrade will shortly follow once streaming is validated.

    84.244.156.131:27960 is this the info you were looking for? Also streaming is not an option for me, but is for my buddy, i however am gonna try rconIT i guess.

    the reason i asked for server IP/Port is that i can enter the info into HLSW and see at a glance what the biggest problem is:

    84.244.156.131:27960 (SPQR) BELGIUM OMNIBOT + ETPUB + XPSAVE

    is running ET vers. 2.60 - its imperative that all ET servers update to 2.60b, you would not believe how easy it is for a hacker to enter any 2.60 server and gain access to all files on the server FTP, including the server.cfg that contains the rcon details.

    As a lot of servers have already updated the field narrows for those with malicious intentions and you will probably see a lot more of this "server take-over" type stuff on servers that have not bothered to update.

    I can not stress it enough - update to 2.60b now.

    i play on my buddys server a game called enemy territory and had a hacker come on changing everyones name. Now i know my buddy has the latest pb, this instance is rare but hes not coming up with any info, is there any helpful commands i might try till by buddy gets back to sort this out, rcon commands for ip or guid or something more than just listplayers, thanks for your time.

    atm your doing the AAO community a great service by forwarding your logs to other AC groups, just think how effective one ban can be if its enforced on all AAO AC sites at the same time :) - it would narrow down the decent servers a hacker could play on drastically in one fell swoop and that is why we offer log forwarding to all AC sites for any PB supported game, unfortunately it seems AAO is the one community that is banding together to fight this hack disease that infects most online games which is a shame.

    If this initiative was taken up across the board by all AC sites for every PB supported game it would be a huge step towards unifying the AC movement imo.

    I have received your chosen username and password m8, but, your server does not show as "new server" waiting to be added to the rep.

    This means there is an error at your end.

    Things to check in your root pb folder:

     

    that a pbsvlog.cfg exists

     

    that the pbsvlog.cfg contains the following info:

    pb_sv_LogAddr 63.171.64.22 // this never changes

    pb_sv_LogPort 24389 // this never changes

    pb_sv_LogUser USERNAME

    pb_sv_LogPw PASSWORD

     

    (username and pass are chosen by you and should be passed to a staff member via forum pm)

     

    that the command line:

    pb_sv_load pbsvlog.cfg has been added to your pbsv.cfg

     

    and last but not least that a pb_sv_restart has been executed via rcon

     

    just repost here when your ready for another check :)

     

    as an alternative you might want to consider streaming via the PBBans Hub - all this requires is 5 rcon commands:

    /rcon pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use

    /rcon pb_sv_restart

    /rcon pb_sv_USessionLimit 1

    /rcon pb_sv_uconadd 1 63.171.64.245 pbbans pbbans

    /rcon pb_sv_writecfg
