hub streaming requires 5 commands entered via ingame console when logged on as admin:

when you go here http://www.pbbans.com/mbi.php and click generate banlist you have the option to include cvar detections or leave them out, you then copy/paste all the bans you already have in your pbbans.dat into the box provided and generate a banlist - this will create a nice fresh pbbans.dat with all your existing bans plus the pbbans ones,(you only have to do this once) after that the hub does all the work - it adds any ban from any hub server to all servers pbbans.dat in 4 seconds - the rep. bans get added auto when they are parsed daily - you have to do nothing :)
