I'll give you the quick answer for why you are being kicked. It has nothing to do with drivers or oreans32.sys etc. That kick is from an unknown dll being injected into the game process by some outside application. We ask for the process list so we can find common programs that we know do this. If you have an open ticket, ask for Scantool, and we can find the cause right away. I'm not sure why you haven't been given that tool already, but it will tell us what is causing your kick.

An active forum is a good sign of longevity for us.
The last thing we want to do is go through the full validation procedure of an applicants team account, only to see the server stream for a week or 2 then disappear off the grid.
If you have all the other mandatory streaming requirements in place, re-apply and shoot me a forum pm, sometimes a compromise can be worked out, such as a shoutbox feature on the applicants website.
The main point to note is that all the mandatory streaming requirements we have in place are there as a response to issues we have faced in the past (mainly security issues) and one of our prime mandates is to protect the admins that use our service to the best of our ability.

I bought a new game from best buy 3 weeks ago... I am using a new CD key that the game came with.
Am i doing something incorrect? I want nothing more than to play in public servers....
A pbguid is a 32 digit hexadecimal hash of the game cd key.
Every pbguid is unique to the particular game cd key it is based on.
Your pbguid was first seen on a PBBans streaming server on Nov 11, 2007 at 7:03am, and a UK player was using it.
Your pbguid has been used by players from the UK / USA / Hungary / Australia, so its an obviously leaked key.
What I find funny, is that an appeal was lodged for this ban,by a USA based player, even though the ban was issued on a UK based player;

I am pleading with whom ever this may concern to lift my ban. I have not been able to play for over a year and have honestly learned my lesson. All none streaming issues are client side.
Because the server is attached to your team account, when you get the streaming initiation commands correct, streaming will kick in instantly.

Hello! so I followed the instructions for the files and pbsv.cfg pbucon.use
and restart the server but it is not streaming! Then I copy pasted all the data in each file! what remains to do it? it is for you to activate it?
I must put the port or recon port ?
First of all I do not see a team account that belongs to you, a forum account and a team account, are 2 totally seperate things.

It is always rcon/query port for setting up streaming, and it is always the actual join/game port for adding a server to a team account.

Non clan/group orientated:
If you are applying to stream on behalf of a community/group that is not clan orientated, we require a news item or pinned forum topic stating server details and your intention to stream to PBBans, a tag that relates to your community/group in some way will also be required (tags are mainly used on the PBBans administration side of things so authenticity is not too important)
An admin/contacts list on the website/forum with the name of the applicant on it, is a mandatory requirement.
Please place a direct link to your news item or pinned topic, in the comments box of the team account application form.

No matter what game genre we are talking about, the same mandatory streaming requirements apply to all.
There is no way we are going to have one rule for one, and another rule for another.
So, root access to server files or not, the mandatory streaming requirements will stay in place for everyone.

Never, ever, share your login details with anyone else.
It could lead to immediate, permanent suspension.
It also causes confusion of what is really a very simple issue.
There is no need for any LBV team account application, because one already exists.
All it needed was for an admin to request a take over of the existing team account and the PBBans accounts staff would have sorted it in minutes.
The AFS team account is in a similar position, with no admin attached to the AFS account, we wait for someone to request to take it over and we will process it when we receive it.
I would suggest that innocent changes his forum password, immediately, and not share the new password with anyone.
If any more password/account sharing is noted, the team account will be suspended, permanently.
There are 3 admins attached to the existing LBV team account;

Nightwish22 is the master user, and the team account contact e-mail has been changed to his.
The LBV team account has been activated and is now awaiting servers to be added by you.

Ludo666 and innocent are the same person.
Our rules are 1 forum account per person and a forum member can be part of 1 team account only, so make a choice as to what forum account you want to keep because in a short space of time, I will deactivate the newer forum account.
I think its best if someone makes a forum post, explaining exactly whats going on or I will have no choice other than to suspend everything untill we know what the hell is happening.

You have been removed from the AFS team account, and because you were the 1 admin attached to that team account there is no one to automatically take the team account over.
The AFS team account is currently not streaming any servers, and if someone wants to take the AFS team acount over, they will have to make a request in the shape of a forum post, after setting the server up to stream.
The forum post should contain the full server address.
The member applying to take over the AFS team account, must appear on the AFS roster.

Just for information purposes :)
When a server is added by an admin, the procedure is as follows;
1. The server joins a queue.
2. A PBBans staff member takes a quick look to make sure it is not flagged as existing on the MPi, correct port etc etc.
3. If all is in order, the server is added to the team account.
After addition by the admin, a short wait period will follow whilst the above checks are carried out.
There is no need for a forum post, staff members check for additional servers at periodic intervals, as a matter of course, when they are online :P

We have 2 servers, but our main one 75.51.60.142:28961 is not streaming. Our PB admin for The Agency mentioned it could be because of the port 28961 (not a standard port). Can you please confirm this for us...

As long as pb is enabled, the server IP is correct, and the actual join/game port of the server is correct, there is no problem re streaming.
You have 2 servers added to your team account;
CODUO 68.232.181.44:28960
CODUO 75.51.60.142:28961
68.232.181.44:28960 - shows up in HLSW and is streaming ok.
75.51.60.142:28961 - does not show in HLSW and appears for all intents and purposes, totally dead.
All none streaming issues are client side, so whatever the problem is, its something on your side :)

Firstly i submitted an application to stream to PBBans here. In all honesty the GUID i entered was not mine, this is not because i tired to beat your system but because i entered a friends server and asked him to to give me my GUID and clearly gave me the wrong GUID,
Secondly, the reason for me being denied was
"No matter what you change the clan name to, you are flagged as untrustworthy and would be better off following your good friend braveheart to game violations".
I feel this is unfair, because i have a friend who used a hack i have to suffer his consequences,
Back in December 2009 i has banned for game hook #125134 View it here
All bans relating to that ban was lifted, but before EvenBalance deemed this violation false positive PBBans lifted this ban on the MBi.
the reason said was "We feel it's better to let a few possible cheaters go free than to keep an innocent player banned. Cheaters will get caught again." here
Shouldn't this go for each and every play and not excluding the ones who have "FRIENDS" on the MPi or MBi.
I hope you look into this,

You have not had your original team account suspended, or subsequent team account applications denied for anything ban related.
You have been treated in exactly the same way as anyone else who is found sharing login details of their team account with someone who has no right of access.
The person you decided to give your login details to, was also on the PBBans MBi
You have made 3 different applications for a team account that I know of, trying to bypass your original team account suspension, one of which I asked Surfy to ok to see what happens (we had received a "heartfelt" declaration that it would never happen again)
Within 24 hours you had shared your login information.
Let me make things quite clear for you, no matter what you change your clan name to, no matter what you say or post, there will never be a place for you at PBBans, your integrity has been compromised permanently as far as we are concerned, and I am asking you to stop spamming our forums with useless applications for a team account and useless appeals for a rethink on our present stance re you and your clan.
As if right on cue, your cheater friend tried to make another forum account here so he could view this topic, a clear indication that the 2 of you are still in cahoots.
He at least has accepted that a PBBans team account or forum account will never be granted and moved to Game Violations.
I suggest you do the same.
The decision to never grant you a team account with PBBans is final and irrecoverable.

Please take your stirring elsewhere, if you have any concerns re a SGA using PBBans services, use the forum PM facility and contact a staff member with hard evidence.

I'm afraid we do not have enough motivation to persuade ForTeam reinstall the servers.
