I have updated your team account with the new website details.

I tried re-adding the server to your team account but it is still not streaming.
If you are completely sure that you used the correct procedure to initiate streaming (rcon/query port for the setup process) and you are still not streaming, then the only people that can help you with this issue is Multiplay, your RSP.
Raise a ticket with them, explain the issue and let them troubleshoot it for you.
You are a paying customer and as such are entitled to assistance from Multiplay staff in getting exactly what you want re your server.
They normally know their way around problematic streaming issues.
There is nothing we can do for you at this end, the server is added to your team account, its the correct IP/Port but its not streaming.

I have no clue how the console community is doing so far with the game

Been lucky thus far, got to remember that the console MP is P2P :)
No lag, excellent gameplay, some guns are definitely underpowered which becomes obvious when playing a guns wager game.
All round top of the range game, so, now we know what all the development cash is spent on :P and it aint PC developement.

and in stark contrast the PS3 MP has been ... well .... brilliant.
No lag, fast flowing gameplay and console nubs make excellent target practise :P
SP is just as good too.
PC version will be here tomorrow for comparison ;)

Please be aware that when you fix your issues re a none streaming server, if the server is already added to your team account, streaming will kick in instantly.
If the server has not been added to your team account you may experience a short delay before its actually added to your team account.
You can tell by the colour code if the server is sitting in a queue waiting for a staff member to ok it.
You can check a servers actual streaming status at any time, using the server checker on our main website (left side menu);

Well it had to happen at some point. Just sad the game developers caused it to happen so soon.
Well the balls in their court now.
If they want to see the largest anti cheat site in the world support their future products, they will have to treat PBBans like an RSP and allow us access to the server files.
Otherwise its no DICE :P

I dont see anything on the BFBC2 master server/ browser with an IP of 195.122.134.21
The IP of the server attached to your team account is 195.122.134.21:19567
The IP of the server listed on your website is 195.122.134.215:19567
Can you spot the difference :)
Solution:
Completely delete the wrong server address from your team account via account manager.
Then add the correct address, again via account manager.

It's not DICE, it's made by Easy but yes if it has the same policies as Heroes (No server files etc) then we won't be touching it even with a 10 foot pole. Then again I wish that was the case for MoH but have to make mistakes in order to learn from them right? :P

If it's a free game from DICE, it's probably gonna be BF:Heroes all over again.
Hopefully the anti cheat will be handled the same way as well :P

I wish I could, but all none streaming issues are client side.
I can not even check wether the server address is correct because you have totally locked down your website (which is a breach of our mandatory streaming requirements policy)

Just to keep you in the loop, PBBans is a third party anti cheat site, privately run and not affiliated to Evenbalance (the creators of punkbuster software) and I see no shame in a third party anti cheat site detecting your cheat with a routine MD5 scan.
Back to the original question;
You do not need a fibre optic internet connection to game with.
I have an ADSL2+ connection and gaming is a low ping, no issue experience.
You are currently with one of the worst ISP's in the UK, anything associated with Tiscali is to be avoided.
Your ISP is the root cause of any network problems you are experiencing probably due to oversubscription (a well known trait of Tiscali) and if thats the best you can get, unlucky.
But hey, look on the bright side, you got detected with a cheat related file and a cvar that toggles on and off aim help (both related to a cheat that runs outside of the game directory), by a third party anti cheat site that only applies temporary bans for said infraction, if you had been detected by PBBans for the same thing you would not be posting in an open section of our forum, and your ban would be a permanent one.

then you are seriously mistaken.the best I can get in my countryPunkbuster may be crap, but with the assistance of a third party anti cheat service its a lot better than any other alternative, consider yourself lucky that you were caught on a server that only streams to GV.
If you had of been detected on a server that streams via PBBans, your ban would be a permanent one and not one that runs out on 26 Jan 2011

Tiscali / Pipex / Freedom2surf = terrible ISP's especially as far as gaming is concerned, normally a lot worse at peak periods.
No amount of tweaking will ever get round the fact that your probably paying over the odds for a crap internet connection.
Couple all that with a cheat related cfg (maybe thats the reason you formatted in the first place :P ) and you probably have the reasons why your network connection is rubbish.
Solutions:
Shop around for a better ISP that can deliver a decent internet connection to your household.
Delete all cheat related material from your pc.

can you tell me if this server has md5 chexker and other things on it. I know it has punkbuster on it I was just playing on it and there was an aimbotter.
Take no notice of what others have posted in this topic.
You have a list of cod4 servers that stream via PBBans, if you come across a cheater that is obvious, just record a demo using the ingame demo recorder and pass it to the admin of the server you were playing on.
Apart from that, theres nothing else to say.

I am still finding aimboters on punkbuster servers, even with md5 and all that stuff running. I decided that if I come across a cheater I mean a obvous one who is getting like 200 headshots and aimming reall fast. Can I record this and where can I send this too?, I would also include a pb_plist in the 30 second video.
